Professor OPARAKU Ogbonna Ukachukwu was born on September 6, 1956 in Umuoma Nekede, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. He is currently married with four children. He is currently a professor in Electronic Engineering after gaining his doctorate in University of Northumbria Newcasttle Upon Tyne (Formerly, Newcasttle Upon Tyne Polytechnic) United Kingdom.
