Brief Biography
Obasi, Rhoda Ngozi is a HND graduate in Business Administration from Our Saviour Institute of Science Agriculture and Technology (OSSITEC) IN 2010. She joined the University of Nigeria in 1982 as a Typist III and has risen to the rank of Chief Typist as at October 2002.
