Brief Biography
Okide, Charity Chinelo (Nee Anyachebelu is a native of Alor in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria. She studied Home Economics in Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu, B.Ed and M.Ed in Adult Education and Extra-Mural Studies, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Mrs. Okide taught in different primary schools in Nigeria and was a headmistress for over ten years before she joined Department of Adult Education and Extra-Mural Studies, University of Nigeria, Nsukka as a lecturer. Currently, she is a Lecturer I and is undergoing her Ph.D research in Community Development in the Department of Adult Education and Extra-Mural Studies, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Her research interest are on Community Development/Women Education. Reduction of child-labour and Human trafficking in Nigeria, handicapped and challenged students in Nigeria.
Youth unemployment and education. She does her voluntary services in children centre library, university of Nigeria, Nsukka.
