Brief Biography
Dr. Ugwu is a Principal Librarian with the Library Department, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His research interests include development of innovative library services, issues in updating the competencies of librarians for effective service delivery in the digital environment, issues in digital scholarship and development of reference service models. He teaches GSP 111 for effective use of the university library, LIS 556 and LIS 432 for application of statistical tools in library and information science research. He has worked in all the sections of the University library, and he is presently the Special Assistant to University Librarian. He has published papers in several national and international journals
